After an order is placed from our online shop, an order confirmation email is automatically sent to the email listed on the order.

If you did not receive an order confirmation in your inbox or a shipping confirmation email, please search your Junk or Spam folders.

If you are still unable to locate order emails, or think you may have entered your email incorrectly during checkout please reach out to our customer support team for assistance at info@terralite.com.

All of our products are made by hand and in small batches to ensure the freshest botanical blends. We ask that you please allow 3-8 business days for your order to be made and up to 10 business days during busy holiday seasons.

Once your order ships, you will receive an Order Complete email with tracking information.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Once a package ships and you receive a shipping confirmation email, you should expect to receive your package within 2-5 business days depending on your domestic location. Please note that once packages are shipped, we do not have access to courier systems beyond the tracking number. Sometimes couriers can experience delays in updating tracking information but we do not have any control over this.

If your package hasn’t moved in 7 business days, it may have gotten lost in transit. If you believe this to be the case, please contact Terralite customer support for further assistance by emailing us info@terralite.com.
